    These easy breakfast ideas without eggs are satisfying and super simple to make. I’ve included a mix of sweet and savory recipes!

    Easy Easter Brunch Hash

    No Egg Breakfast

    Before we get into the roundup of my favorite and the blog's most popular breakfast and brunch recipes without eggs, I wanted to share a few simple swaps to make mornings a little easier.

    • Tofu Scramble: Scrambled tofu is a popular quick plant-based scrambled egg alternative. It's super versatile and delicious served as is, with quinoa, on toast, wrapped in a tortilla, and more.
    • JUST Egg: This brand currently has two mung-bean based egg alternatives. One is a liquid that scrambles beautifully and the other mimics a folded egg patty. Try the scramble in my loaded egg-free breakfast hash and give the folded patty a spin in my bagel breakfast sandwich.
    • Chickpea Scramble: This soy-free eggless scramble comes together with just chickpea flour, water, and seasoning. I also use garbanzo bean flour in my savory egg-free breakfast muffins.
