Happy pumpkin spice season! Since becoming lactose intolerant, I have trust issues ordering fancy coffee drinks out. Plus, I really do enjoy recreating vegan versions of fan favorite menu items.
This homemade PSL is the perfect way to welcome fall. Simply simmer everything on the stove, blend together, and enjoy.
