Cranberry BBQ Crockpot Meatballs Recipe (Dairy Free, Egg Free)
Ingredients
For the dairy free & egg free meatballs
- 2 pounds ground beef
- ½ small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the cranberry barbeque sauce
- 14 ounce can jellied cranberry
- 16 ounce bbq sauce
Instructions
- Combine meatball ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Roll into mini meatballs and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
- As the meatballs bake in the oven, combine sauce ingredients together in the crockpot slow cooker, set to warm.
- Once meatballs are cooked, transfer to the crockpot, stir to combine and enjoy!
