After years of experimenting with different products, these are the products that I always have on hand. They're typically easy to find, store well, work without fail, and result in the best tasting dairy-free and egg-free food!
Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
These chocolatey morsels are perfect for baking, pancakes, and more. Try them in these banana chocolate chip muffins!
Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer
This is the best vegan and gluten-free egg replacer from the store! Once I open the package, I store it in my fridge for extra freshness.
Refined Coconut Oil
One of my favorite butter replacements in baking is coconut oil! Refined coconut oil has a neutral taste. So no coconut taste, smell, or aroma! Using melted coconut oil results in soft and fluffy baked goods.
Ground Flax Seeds
If you don't want to buy an egg replacer at the store, you can create your own replacement at home with ground flax! Simply mix together 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons water and let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Chia Seeds
These little seeds also work similar to ground flax for an egg replacement. However, I love using chia seeds in smoothies or breakfast pudding.
