How To Make Chia Pudding

The hardest part is planning ahead! Whip this up the night before for a super convenient breakfast.

  • Stir chia seeds, almond milk, and agave together in a mason jar. Let sit for 10 minutes!
  • Give it a second stir to really combine everything.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning, topping with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds!

If you don't have mason jars, you can use any sealable container! Feel free to use coconut milk or soy milk instead of almond milk. And if you don't have agave, try maple syrup or honey (if not vegan).

By the way, if you enjoy this recipe you'll love my dairy free overnight oats and this instant pot rice pudding!

I’ve been looking for a new afternoon snack. One that isn’t a bag of Oreos. This looks like a much better alternative!

I'm so excited to try this. I'm always looking for a quick and easy to grab from the fridge snack that is filling and healthy. I'm so tired of feeling guilty about all the snacks. But I'm just so hungry and stressed out right now. I love how this is satisfying and it looks super yummy too - but again... no guilt! Yum!

Wow! Never thought of it as pudding. I always use thia in my homemade muesli and sometimes in my shakes but pudding I've never tried before. This is actually a great option for breakfast for me since it can be prepared the night before. Thank you for sharing!
