Zoodles with Italian Sausage and Onion comes together in one skillet with just a few ingredients. A dairy free and gluten free dinner to fill and satisfy everybody in your family!

My spiralizer is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets! We actually have 2, one for small vegetables and a larger one fruits and veggies like bell peppers, apples, etc.

If you have yet to try zucchini noodles, I'm here to tell you the zoodle trend is still alive and well! Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Zoodles with Italian Sausage

If you have leftover marinara sauce, this is a perfect dish to make! Simply toss zoodles in a large skillet with some sliced onion and let cook for a few minites.

If you let the zucchini noodles cook for too long, they do reduce quite a bit and loose their crunch.

To try and avoid soggy, soft zoodles, pat the zucchini ribbons dry before placing them in your skillet.

Once the zoodles and onion are cooked to your liking, add in cooked sliced italian sausage with some pasta sauce. Give everything a toss and enjoy!
