Thanksgiving Leftovers Poutine comes together with french fries, stuffing, roasted vegetables, and gravy. The toppings are dependent on what you have leftover, so it's easily altered for everybody in the family!

It's no secret that I'm a little obsessed with the holiday season! Once summer is over, I'm counting down the days until Halloween, then Thanksgiving, and the grand finale that is Christmas Day.

Last year, I helped prepare both our Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, and may have had a few test runs before that. Needless to say, we had lots of leftovers.

What is Poutine?

Poutine is a Canadian dish that includes fries, cheese, and brown gravy. There are several variations now and you can use this recipe as a base point and add or omit what you want!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag your favorite frozen french fries

Thanksgiving Leftovers Topping Ideas

  • Stuffing
  • Roasted brussels sprouts
  • Dairy-free creamed corn
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Roasted sweet potatoes
  • Non-dairy macaroni and cheese
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • Gravy
  • Whatever else you have leftover!
Prevent your screen from going dark while you're cooking!

Instructions
 

  • Cook french fries according to package instructions.
  • When fries are almost done, pile on your toppings and let cook until fries are golden and crispy and toppings are warm.
