Stay focused with these simple work from home snack ideas. From fresh fruit and vegetables, to popcorn, nuts, Del Monte® Fruit Cup® Snacks, Del Monte® Fruit & Oats™ Fruit Cup® Snacks, Del Monte® Fruit Crunch Parfait, and more!

This post has been sponsored by Del Monte. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Over the past four years working from home, I've learned a few key strategies for success: Designate a workstation, have tasty snacks at the ready, and remember to get up for fresh air!

Lately, I've been doing curbside pickup for grocery shopping. Tom Thumb makes it super easy to shop online and browse coupons on their mobile app.

Easy Work From Home Snack Ideas

Power through your work day with delicious and nutritious snacks!

Del Monte Snacks

Del Monte Fruit Crunch Parfait is creamy and crunchy with a non-dairy coconut milk base and honey oat granola topping! It's packed with delicious fruits. The snacks are shelf stable so you can always have a nutritious option in your pantry.

For a tasty way to increase your fruit intake, try Del Monte Fruit & Oats Fruit Cups - delicious hot or cold! I love the apple cinnamon flavor with steel cut oats, rolled oats, and chia seeds.

Granola

Homemade or store-bought granola is great on its own and stirred into dairy-free milk or yogurt!

Trail Mix

I love snacking on trail mix because it's so versatile. Some of my favorite mix-ins are sesame sticks, pepitas, and pretzels.

Fresh Fruit & Veggies

  • Slice up apples and bananas to pair with nut butter.
  • Dip sliced peppers, cucumber, or carrots into your favorite creamy dip.
  • Try kale chips, roasted broccoli, and spiced edamame for a unique treat!

Homemade Hummus

Make a simple hummus at home by blending together chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Amp it up by getting creative with your flavors! Try spinach, jalapeño, roasted red pepper, avocado, or basil pesto.

Popcorn

I didn't know until recently that popcorn is a great source of fiber, plus it's full of vitamins and minerals. Sprinkle a little nutritional yeast over your popcorn for a nutty cheesy flavor!

Nuts & Seeds

Both nuts and seeds are perfect for simple snacks! Here are some of my favorites:

  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Peanuts
  • Pistachios
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Walnuts

Tips for Smart Snacking

  1. Stick to a normal eating schedule throughout the day
  2. Portion out snacks ahead of time
  3. Meal plan at the beginning of the week so you have meals and snacks to look forward to

Whether you've been working from home for years or you're new to WFH life, I hope these snacking tips and ideas help!
