Dairy-Free & Egg-Free Chocolate Chip Blondies

My husband and I love sweets and treats. I would say I love the candy and he loves baked goods more. Who doesn’t love a freshly baked cookie? But sometimes don’t you just want a dense and decadent blondie? Similar, but so different!

Many recipes call for absurd amounts of butter and sugar, so I found the Weight Watchers recipe for blondies and slightly adapted it. My version contains less sugar, and of course is dairy-free and egg-free!

  2. I’ve never actually baked with flax egg before, but these look really delicious ! My fiancé isn’t vegan but I try get him to eat certain foods with me so I’m not always having to cook different meals for dinner for each of us, it would be nice to have a healthier version of a yummy treat to add to my list 🙂

  3. I saw your recipe on the list from Amy’s Cooking1Handed Dairy Free Holiday Appetizers and Sweets Guide and had to make them. They are hot out of the oven and they are wonderful. I love that they are so much healthier than your typical brownie. I just pinned the recipe as well. Thanks.
