Ingredients

all purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

brown sugar

tablespoon
dairy free butter
softened

flax eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat brown sugar and dairy-free butter until fluffy. Then mix in flax eggs and vanilla.
Beat in flour mixture alternating with water. Then gently stir in dairy-free chocolate chips.
Spread into a foil lined 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool on wire rack. Remove foil and cut into small squares. Enjoy!
