Bridal shower invitations not only set the theme and tone of the shower but also reflect the bride's personality. Let Basic Invite help with the process.

Bridal Shower Invitations with Basic Invite

If you're a bride-to-be or in a wedding party, surely you have thought about your bridal shower invitations! They will not only set the theme and tone of the shower but also reflect the bride's personality.

With so many options out there, it can be hard to know where to start. Since I've had my own bridal shower and I'm now in the process of planning one, let me share some of my thoughts!

When I was engaged, I delegated bridal shower planning to one maid of honor and bachelorette party planning to my second. The only coordinating I had with my bridal shower was the guest list, my MOH took care of reservations, games, prizes, and invitations.

Now that I'm planning a bridal shower with two other girls, we've designated different tasks so we cover all the bases. I jumped at the opportunity to make save the dates!

If you're looking for an adorable, fully customizable bridal shower invite, start with Basic Invite! In case you're not familiar, they're a small company located in Utah

Basic Invite provides custom wedding invitations and social stationery. You can play with the colors, including gold, rose gold, and silver foil. Then create custom wording and choose from over 100 fonts.

The bride-to-be has family nearby, so the shower will be held in their house. The theme has morphed into "Let Love Grow" garden party meets gold everything, with a very feminine and whimsical feel. I knew the font and color choices on the invite needed to reflect that and a fun afternoon of celebrating love!

Since I knew I was looking for a floral and whimsy design, I started with the Standing Ovation bridal shower invitation. From there I updated the background color from navy to white, changed the fonts, and requested real gold foil! The customization was super simple because you can instantly see previews.

Besides the amazing quality, cute design, and flat foil; the envelopes made my heart skip a beat. For no extra cost, I was able to import the guest list with address and Basic Invite prints them out for you!

Plus there are over 40 envelope colors to choose from, with their peel and seal closures. I don't know who enjoys hand writing addresses and licking envelopes, but this left-hander does not. This definitely made sending the invites easy and convenient!

If you or the bride is Type-A or loves matching, then you'll also be thrilled to learn that you can find coordinating bridal shower invites, wedding invites, name cards, programs, thank you cards, and more!

Basic Invite actually allows you to order a printed sample so you can make sure it's exactly what you want.

I'm so excited to celebrate the bride-to-be at her bridal shower, and I'm glad I was able to find and customize the perfect invitation to reflect the theme!

Those look really nice! I printed my own wedding invitations (years ago) and they didn't turn out nearly as good.
