Pasta sauces
I always have at least one pasta sauce in my cart! Some of the best include Rao's Marinara, Thrive's Sicilian Gravy, Carbone's Spicy Vodka Sauce, and Fody Foods Tomato Basil.

Dried pasta
My local Kroger used to have great deals on their pasta but lately it's been hard to find what I'm looking for. Thrive Market has a ton of options from organic spaghetti, chickpea rotini, traditional fusilli, protein pasta, brown rice farfalle, and more!

Egg replacer
When I'm not using a flax egg in my recipes, Bob's Red Mill egg replacer is my go-to! It's made with potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, and psyllium husk fiber. There's an equivalent of 34 eggs in every bag.

Vegan queso
Y'all, I love vegan queso! Of course, I enjoy making my own from scratch but there's just something about cracking open a jar of creamy, cheesy sauce that I can't get enough of. I highly recommend Primal Kitchen's No Dairy Queso Style Plant-Based Dip and Credo Foods Blanco Oatmilk Queso. 10/10! Delicious! Spectacular!

Vegan chocolate
I make sure to always have a bag of UNREAL Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Dark Chocolate Crispy Quinoa Gems, and Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars. I'm also a big fan of TCHO, Endangered Species, Free2b, Enjoy Life, and more.

Non-alcoholic drinks
As someone who loves a good glass of bubbly and fun cocktail, these NA beverages are truly a delight. You can't beat the bubbles in Gruvi's Dry Secco and the flavor profile of Free AF's Paloma!

Chips and puffs
Thrive Market not only carries hundreds of partner brands, but several of their respective products. Some of my faves in rotation are Thrive's Veggie Sticks, Plantain Chips, and Sweet Potato Chips, as well as Hippeas Chickpea Puffs, The Good Crisp Company Potato Chips, Boulder Canyon Kettle Style Chips, and Siete Grain Free Puff Snacks.

Dairy-free sauces
While I try to make homemade sauces as much as possible, I'm always on the lookout for kitchen convenience and shortcuts. My current top 3 are Siete Jalapeño Botana Sauce, The New Primal Noble Made Buffalo Sauce, and Primal Kitchen Plant-Based Ranch. As an added bonus, they're all gluten-free and super versatile!

Oat bars
All of Bobo's oat bites are free from dairy, gluten, soy, GMOs, wheat, corn, and are certified kosher. My favorite flavors are chocolate chip and gingerbread, and I can't wait to try their dipped oat bars. They're like a soft baked granola bar that are great for an afternoon treat.

Dairy-free coffee creamer and coffee
Lately I've started drinking a cup or two of coffee after my morning tea. I used to stick with my tried and true Milkadamia and Oatly but I've been pleasantly surprised with the delicious seasonal flavors from Nutpods, Elmhurst, and Califia. I'm also loving the cold brew oat milk lattes from Pop & Bottle.

Vegan candy
When I was pregnant, I had the biggest sweet tooth! If you're looking for a lower-sugar candy option that still tastes like the real thing, you've gotta try SmartSweets Sour Blast Buddies and Sweet Fish. They have that classic chewy texture and sweet-tart flavor I was craving, but with significantly less sugar than traditional gummy candy. I love that they're made without artificial sweeteners or dyes, and they're easy to keep on hand for when a candy craving hits!

Toddler snacks
If you asked my son what his favorite snack is, he'd tell you Once Upon A Farm's Tractor Wheels. These little soft baked bites are small bars that fit perfectly into little hands. They're made with organic oat flour, dates, coconut oil, and pumpkin seed butter. In addition to tractor wheels, Once Upon a Farm has fruit & veggie puffs and coconuts melts that were both great as we were starting solids.

Raw nuts and seeds
I like to make sure I always have enough nuts and seeds for baking and cooking. Specifically I like to use raw cashews to make a "ricotta" for vegan baked ziti, pine nuts for dairy free pesto, pepitas, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and other nuts for my weekly bliss balls.

Additionally, I love stocking up on baking essentials like maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, gluten-free flour, and vegan chocolate chips. Condiments like hot sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard, and ketchup are also easy to find, with plenty of brands focused on clean labels and simple ingredients you can actually pronounce.
Lately, I've also been loving browsing the virtual aisles for new beverages to try. The prebiotic sodas from Olipop and Poppi are always in my cart. And if you know me, you know I love a good snack. Thrive Market is my go-to for both savory snacks and sweet treats. I'm always restocking popcorn, granola, and pitted dates.

Their kitchen basics are another huge win. It's hard to beat their prices on organic rice, beans, lentils, canned coconut milk, non-dairy milk alternatives, tomatoes, sauces, and salad dressings. They also carry a wide variety of oils, vinegars, and spices, which makes it easy to keep your cabinets stocked with everyday staples.
And of course, let's not forget about their seasonal goodies. A few recent favorites have been Blake's Seed Based Pumpkin Spice Rice Crispy Treats, Pop & Bottle Peppermint Mocha Oat Milk Latte, and Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Barista Oat Milk.
