Who doesn't love a good grocery haul? Here's what my summer Sprouts Farmers Market Haul looks like!

As most of y'all know, I am lactose intolerant and have a severe egg sensitivity. In addition to these intolerances, I also have a couple food allergies. For these reasons, I am dairy-free and egg-free!
Over the past year or so I've been leaning towards a more plant-based diet. It's easy when items are marked vegan because I know they are free from dairy and eggs. The more I started eating vegan food, the more I enjoyed eating plant-based.

I'm super fortunate to live within a reasonable distance to so many awesome grocery stores. I frequent Kroger Marketplace, Market Street, Sprouts, and Trader Joes most often. During my recent trip, I asked on Instagram if y'all wanted to see my haul and 100% said yes - so here we are!
I love shopping at Sprouts because I'm able to find a ton of dairy-free and vegan products that aren't carried at other local stores. They also have a great bulk food section, tons of organic produce, and other products with quality ingredients.
Favorite products
- Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative: Over the past few years I've tried a lot of vegan yogurts and this one is always at the top of my list. It comes in a big tub, is typically on sale, and is really versatile. I have it for breakfast with granola, put a dollop of it on tacos in place of sour cream, and even make vegan tzatziki using it.
- Daiya Deluxe Cheeze Sticks: I used to live on string cheese, I haven't had one in years so I absolutely had to give these a try. Since we're being honest here, these weren't life changing for me but they were certainly nostalgic. They would be a good snack for kiddos but I don't think they'll make my list week after week.
- Tofu: It's no secret, I am a tofu lover! Sprouts was selling their tofu for 99 cents, you can't beat that. They had the full range of tofu, but I typically prefer extra firm.
- Daiya Duets Duo: This was my first time seeing these and I had to grab a couple. They had a very thick consistency but they were tasty. The streusels on both were great and I would recommend these to my dairy-free friends! I especially enjoyed the key lime crumble.

Okay y'all, Sprouts Garlic Pasta Sauce is our all-time fave! They have really awesome sales on them from time to time so we always stock up.
I only grabbed two this time since they weren't having a sale but I can't wait to make my spaghetti and meatballs so we can use it.
I am a HUGE snacker so I try to limit the snacks and treats in our pantry, but I couldn't help myself this time at Sprouts. These Plantain Chips and Jalapeño Veggie Straws are delicious! I'm going to have to learn how to make homemade plantain chips because I could eat that entire bag in one sitting.
In addition to what's pictured, I also got vanilla granola and pine nuts in bulk, an organic seedless watermelon, asparagus, zucchini, and squash!

Sprouts is neck and neck with Trader Joe's for my favorite store. It is so much fun to shop there! We mostly buy their produce and meats, but usually one or two of the goodies like what you bought make it into our basket. We love their pasta sauce - especially the arrabiatta.

Yes!! Trader Joe's is great too. I need one just a tad closer to get me to go regularly though. We really LOVE all the pasta sauce at Sprouts 🙂 I'll be sure to pick up the arrabiatta next time

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these products. I have seen the new daiya yogurts but hesitated because I never liked the original ones and, well, they aren't inexpensive! I'm with you about SILK - my fave dairy-free/vegan yogurt too!

You're very welcome 🙂 Wait for the Daiya duet duos to go on sale then snag a couple! I think I paid 2/$3 or something like that.
