    Bring the taste of the tropics home with this delicious tropical fruit parfait! Layer dairy-free yogurt with crunchy granola and fresh rambutan, mango, and papaya.

    We may not be heading on a tropical vacation this summer, but that doesn't mean we can't bring the tropics to us. What better way to wake up than with a fresh fruit yogurt parfait?!

    A yogurt parfait is a quick and easy breakfast or snack that involves layers of creamy vegan yogurt, granola, and your favorite fruit chopped up into bite-sized pieces.

    What goes in a tropical fruit parfait?

    This month you can get a taste of the tropics at Sprouts. Sprouts’ Produce Department offers an incredible variety of tropical items ranging from kiwis and coconuts to kiwano melons, rambutans, and so much more.

    Here's what you need for this breakfast parfait:

    • Yogurt
    • Granola
    • Rambutan
    • Mango
    • Papaya

    Use as much or as little of each ingredient as you'd like to make your perfect parfait! For an extra boost of energy and immunity, top with b complex droplets.

    All About Rambutan

    What does rambutan taste like? Rambutans have a slightly sweet taste and juicy texture. The taste is similar to lychee.

    How do you cut a rambutan? Carefully cut around the center of a rambutan to extract the translucent white fruit and remove the seed.

    How do you pick a rambutan? Pick rambutans that are red-brown in color and do not peel until just before eating.

    How do you eat a rambutan? Enjoy rambutans on their own, in parfaits and salads, or make into a jam or sauce!

    Are rambutans healthy? Don't fear the rambutan! This hairy fruit helps improve digestion, increases immunity, hydrates, and keeps energy levels up.

    How to make a healthy yogurt parfait

    To make a parfait, start by spooning yogurt into your jar or bowl then layer granola and fresh fruit. For an extra boost of energy and immunity, top with b complex droplets. Be mindful of how much granola you're scooping into each serving and watch out for any added sugar.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 cups dairy-free yogurt
    • 1 cup granola
    • 4 rambutans diced
    • 1 mango chopped
    • 1 papaya chopped
    • 1 fluid ounce dropper Sprouts B Complex
