Fresh Fruit Raspberry Lemon Slushie

This post has been sponsored by Sprouts Farmers Market. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own!

Summer's almost here, y'all! With that comes fresh juicy fruit, long days, and warm nights.

We finally got our back patio put together with a barbecue, bistro set, and all the fresh herbs I could get my hands on! It's been my little escape lately. There's nothing like watching a Texas sunset with a frosty drink in hand.

My raspberry lemonade slushie was made for summertime sippin! It has the prettiest color, is the perfect blend between sweet and tart, and most importantly - comes together so quickly. We're talking like 5 minutes quick!

Ingredients

Here's what you'll need:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Lemonade
  • Ice

Yup, that's it! Mix it all together for a fun blended beverage.

I picked up both the raspberries and lemonade at Sprouts last time I went grocery shopping. Rather than squeezing several lemons yourself, do yourself a favor and grab their organic old fashioned lemonade. It's been a favorite of mine for years because of the light and refreshing taste.

We all know how great Sprout's massive farm-farm produce section is, but don't forget to check out their wide variety of better-for-you seltzers, spritzers, juices, and drink mixes. I seriously dream about their sparkling pink lemonade year round.

Tips for Making a Homemade Slushie

  • Put a creative spin on your slush! Play around with fresh fruit mixed with different juices.
  • If you have a sweet tooth, add a little sugar or agave nectar while blending.
  • Chill your serving glasses before pouring the slushies. That will help keep them ice cold longer!

Want more delicious drink recipes? Try my watermelon agua fresca, it's cool, light, and refreshing. This prickly pear lemonade is a perfect way to beat the heat and quench your thirst! Lastly, a dirty dr pepper is the perfect sweet treat to sip on this summer.

I hope you enjoy this slushie as much as we do! It's so easy and refreshing - perfect for the upcoming warmer weather. If you try this recipe, please share a photo with me over on Instagram!
