Dairy-Free Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap is a fresh and flavorful meal, perfect for lunch! Combine crispy cauliflower bites with tomato, red onion, spinach, and homemade vegan ranch dressing.

A couple weeks ago, I shared my recipe for Dairy-Free Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and they were a hit!
Using that same crispy cauliflower, this easy wrap comes together as a full meal with just a few extra ingredients. Serve with celery and hummus on the side for a healthy-ish filling lunch.

Meal Prep Option
A dairy-free buffalo cauliflower wrap is a great make-ahead meal! Simply store baked cauliflower with pre-chopped tomato, red onion, and spinach in a sealed container in your refrigerator.
Just about any dairy-free dressing pairs perfectly with these flavors. I prefer a homemade vegan ranch dressing but a creamy garlic sauce is yummy too!
When you're ready to eat, warm a tortilla, and heat up veggies to wrap up. Drizzle on some dressing and enjoy.


Dairy-Free Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 batch Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 bag of fresh spinach
- Tortillas (gluten-free, if needed)
Instructions
- Chop tomato, red onion, and spinach. Warm up a tortilla and place desired amount of buffalo cauliflower and chopped vegetables towards one side. Drizzle with dressing of choice, wrap up, and enjoy!
