Vegan Ranch Dressing couldn't be easier and comes together with less than 10 ingredients! Blend cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and fresh herbs to create this delicious dressing.

Vegan Ranch Dressing Recipe

Gone are the days where you long for that deliciously tangy ranch dressing. Make your own super simple vegan ranch dressing! It's fabulous drizzled over salads, like this buffalo chickpea salad. Or use it as a dip with fresh veggies. Wanna go real crazy? Serve it with your dairy-free or vegan pizza! Yup, I went there.

I am so glad I finally gave cashew based sauces a chance, because they're unreal! Get ready for the creamiest dips and dressings. Best part is they're almost guilt free and totally better than the store-bought stuff.

How To Make Vegan Ranch Dressing

First things first, soak raw cashews for 8 hours. If you're in a rush, pour boiling hot water over them and soak for 5-10 minutes. Once soaked, drain and rinse then transfer to your blender. Mix with water, then add remaining ingredients, and blend again. Taste and adjust seasoning, then chill in the fridge!

It's really that easy!! If you give this a try, please share a photo with me over on Instagram.

Could I use macadamia nuts instead of cashews please? Can't have cashews.

I have not tried that and I'm not sure it would work the same. Try searching online for vegan ranch dressing recipes using sunflower seeds! Some recipes use tofu instead of any nuts or seeds, too.

I either don't use salad dressing or I make my own. This recipe is perfect for when I make my own. Thanks.

This sounds and looks amazing! I tend to make the same dressing all the time (good ole balsamic vinegarette), but this looks so good. I need to mix things up and I love that it's vegan so I can make for my bestie 🙂 Great recipe!
