Chocolate Chip Blondies that are both dairy-free and egg-free. Perfectly crisp edges with soft and chewy centers, these allergy-friendly treats are great for any celebration.

My husband and I love sweets and treats. I would say I love the candy and he loves baked goods more. Who doesn't love a freshly baked cookie? But sometimes don't you just want a dense and decadent blondie? Similar, but so different!

Many recipes call for absurd amounts of butter and sugar, so I found the Weight Watchers recipe for blondies and slightly adapted it. My version contains less sugar, and of course is dairy-free and egg-free!

I've never actually baked with flax egg before, but these look really delicious ! My fiancé isn't vegan but I try get him to eat certain foods with me so I'm not always having to cook different meals for dinner for each of us, it would be nice to have a healthier version of a yummy treat to add to my list 🙂

Are you wondering how the texture differs between a cookie and blondie? I would say it's more dense and chewier. They kind of resemble a brownie... Almost like a mix between a cookie and brownie 🙂
