Hibachi Chicken and Vegetables come together in a wok with seasoned chicken, flavorful veggies, rice, and savory sauce.

For the chicken
- 1 pound chicken cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon dairy free butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
For the rice and sauce
- 2 tablespoon dairy free butter
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of dairy free butter in the wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute for one minute.
- Add chicken and sear on all sides, reduce heat to medium and toss with teriyaki sauce and and soy sauce. Stir until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of dairy free butter to the wok. Add the cooked and cooled rice, along with worchestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce.
- Reduce heat to low medium heat and stir to combine. Add chicken back to the wok and serve warm.
