Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix together all the seasonings and set aside.
Place tilapia on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil then sprinkle on seasoning. If desired, squeeze fresh lime juice on the fillets.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Prepare your toppings as the tilapia bakes. Once cooked, flake the tilapia into pieces.
Assemble your tacos using corn tortillas, shredded red cabbage, sliced avocado, chopped red onion, diced jalapeno, and lime wedges.
