vegan mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into ½-inch thick slices.
Spread a generous amount of vegan mayo on each slice of white bread.
Add a tomato slice or two to half of the slices of white bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining slices of bread to close sandwich and serve immediately.
