Other sides like smoked salsa, corn salsa, mini tacos, flautas, guacamole, rice, and beans
Instructions
Start by preparing, assembling, and steaming the tamales if making homemade. If using tamales from the grocery store, cook according to package directions.
As the tamales cook, prepare the sauces and anything else you want to add to your board. Pick and choose an assortment of your favorite dips and sides!
Once the tamales are cooked, it's time to assemble the tamale platter. Place large items first like the tamales, followed by bowls of salsa or sauce, then any additional toppings like fresh cilantro or lime wedges.
Notes
Prep time, cook time, and serving size will all depend on the type of tamales you use and what you add to your charcuterie board. I've added approximations based on making this a handful of times.
