Homemade Pico de Gallo is easy and made in just minutes! Combine fresh tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
Living in Texas, we eat our fair share of pico de gallo! A lot of people I know base their favorite Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants off their pico and salsa. I love the freshness of homemade pico de gallo, and it's sure to become a Taco Tuesday staple around here!
You may be surprised to find out that making pico de gallo at home takes no time and almost no energy. It elevates any dish with its fresh flavors! I like making it ahead of time and letting it chill, to really develop a full flavor–but I won't judge you if you just can't wait!
