This sugar cookie latte recipe is inspired by the festive, sweet, and cozy flavors of a holiday sugar cookie. It’s an easy Starbucks copycat drink to make in the comfort of your own home.
Add water and granulated sugar to a small saucepan. Warm on medium heat, whisking until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract and almond extract. Remove from heat.
In a large mug, add the white chocolate chips and pour hot coffee over top. Stir to combine. Pour in desired amount of the sugar cookie syrup.
Warm the dairy free milk then whisk with a milk frother or hand blender until frothy. Pour on top. Garnish with holiday colored sprinkles and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover sugar cookie syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Use in other coffee or tea drinks, cocktails, and more!
