Quick and Easy Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes are vegan, gluten-free, paleo, Whole30, and delicious! With just 5 ingredients, they’re creamy, light, and fluffy. The perfect side dish!

Ingredients

medium
potatoes
roughly chopped
⅔
cup
dairy-free milk
2
tablespoons
dairy-free butter
Salt and pepper
to taste
Optional garnishes: Sliced green onion, a pat of dairy-free butter
Instructions
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, drain then return to pot.
Add dairy-free milk and butter then mash until smooth.
Stir in salt and pepper, garnish then serve.
