Ingredients

slices thick-cut bread

JUST Egg

tablespoons
dairy-free milk
(oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
½
tablespoon
granulated sugar
¼
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Favorite toppings: Maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries, etc.
Instructions
Whisk together JUST Egg, dairy-free milk, vegan-friendly sugar, vanilla, and ground cinnamon in a wide shallow dish.
Quickly soak the bread slices, flipping once to coat. Meanwhile, warm a large skillet over medium heat and brush with plant-based butter.
Cook each slice for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Serve immediately, topped with your favorite toppings!
