Vegan Cauliflower Gnocchi with Pesto

cauliflower gnocchi
½
cup
vegan pesto
Toasted pine nuts
optional, to top
Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Pour all of the frozen gnocchi onto the prepared air fryer basket. Shake and optionally spray again.
Arrange cauliflower gnocchi in a single layer. Air fry at 390F for about 15 minutes.
Transfer cooked gnocchi to a mixing bowl. Gently toss with vegan pesto.
Top with pine nuts and serve immediately!
