is simple and savory! This creamy dip comes together with chickpeas, roasted jalapeños, aquafaba, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.

Ingredients

roasted jalapeños
destemmed and seeded

(15-ounce) cans
chickpeas
drained, rinsed, reserved ¼ cup aquafaba

reservered from one of the cans of chickpeas

cloves of garlic
roughly chopped

tablespoons
tahini

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice

cumin

Instructions
Add one of the roasted jalapeños and remaining ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Dice second roasted jalapeño and garnish on top of hummus. Serve with vegetables, pretzels, and pitas.
