Ingredients

water

chia seeds

tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Fill a large glass with water.
Add chia seeds, stir well, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Stir chia seeds to avoid clumps and let sit for another 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and sweetener of choice.
Stir and enjoy!
Notes
Storage
Store leftover chia water in a sealed jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before serving.
Lemon and Chia Seed Water Variations
Chia seeds and lime water: Use fresh lime juice in place of lemon juice.
Apple cider vinegar water: Add 1 tablespoon of
apple cider vinegar

Make it sweet: Add 1 teaspoon of agave nectar or your favorite sweetener.
