cups
cold water

¼
tablespoon
salt
Instructions
Combine oats, water, sweetener, and salt together in a high-speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl and strain the mixture. Strain at least twice, to ensure a creamy smooth texture.
Transfer to a pitcher or air-tight container. Cover to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Store homemade oat milk in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Separation is natural, so give it a stir or shake before using.
