German Red Cabbage
This German Red Cabbage recipe pairs perfectly with grilled meats and veggies alike.

Ingredients

head red cabbage

white vinegar

Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a dutch oven. Add onion and apple and cook until onion is tender. This will take about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in cabbage and remaining ingredients. Cook, covered until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. This will take about 1 hour.
