This

is loaded with tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and tossed with a zesty homemade balsamic dressing.

Ingredients
For the pasta salad
16
ounces
uncooked pasta
8
ounces
cherry tomatoes
sliced
6
ounces
sliced black olives
1
large
zucchini
chopped
1
small
bell pepper
chopped
1
small
red onion
chopped
¼
cup
sliced green onion
For the dressing
¼
cup
balsamic vinegar
3
tablespoons
olive oil
3
tablespoons
chopped fresh basil
3
garlic cloves
minced
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked to al dente, rise with water, and let cool.
In a large bowl, stir together remaining pasta salad ingredients.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl then pour into pasta salad and stir until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed then cover and refridgerate until serving.
