This delicious dairy-free ice cream sundae is topped with crumbled mini cookies, chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, then drizzled with a homemade dark chocolate peanut butter sauce.
Remove the frozen ice cream from freezer to let thaw.
Meanwhile, create sauce by combining coconut cream, smooth peanut butter, and chocolate together in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat and stir continuously as the chocolate melts. Once it starts to come together, remove from heat, and continue to stir until everything is well combined.
To make your ice cream sundae, scoop ice cream into serving bowls. Drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle on toppings.
