ears of corn
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Remove the husks from each corn on the cob. Rinse, while removing the silk, then pat dry.
Using a knife, cut off the ends of the ears of corn. If the corn doesn't fit in your air fryer basket, slice into halves or quarters.
Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then spray corn with cooking oil, and season with salt and pepper (about 1 teaspoon each).
You do not need to preheat the air fryer. Arrange corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400ºF for 12-15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Once cooked, remove from air fryer, and enjoy!
