How to Make Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Start by removing the husks from each ear of corn. Rinse, removing the silk, then pat dry.
Cut the ends of the corn on the cob off. Make sure they'll fit in your air fryer basket. If they're too long, cut into halves or quarters.
Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Then spray each corn on the cob!
Season with salt and pepper (or other seasoning), then arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
You don't need to worry about preheating your air fryer!
Air fry corn on the cob at 400ºF for 12-15 minutes, flipping once halfway through to ensure an even cook. Feel free to continue cooking until desired doneness.
You can use butter instead of oil spray, if you prefer. Butter seems to encourage more charring and brown bits.
Enjoy your corn as is, in a corn salad, corn salsa, and more!

400ºF for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through!
When you purchase fresh corn on the cob from your grocery store or farmers market, be sure to keep the husks on. This will help the corn stay juicy and not dry out. To store before cooking, wrap in a plastic bag (like the grocery or produce bag) for up to a few days. Once corn has been cooked, store ears of corn in an airtight bag or carefully cut off the kernels and store in an airtight storage container.
To reheat leftovers, cook in air fryer at 350ºF for about 5-8 minutes, or until heated through.
Nope! You can, but it’s not necessary and you’ll have to add some extra cooking time.
Cooking corn on the cob in the husk in the air fryer is not recommended due to a potential fire hazard, it adds extra time, and could result in uneven cooking.
Yes! To cook frozen corn on the cob in air fryer oven, cook for about 3-5 minutes, then spray with oil or coat in butter and seasoning, then air fry for an additional 15 minutes.

Have not tried this yet, I like to use parchment air fryer liners so as not to have a messy basket to clean up. Also since I have to be on a low salt diet I will probably spray the corn with Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray that has zero sodium. Will these changes affect the outcome of the dish ?

Hi Jeff! I haven't tested cooking these with air fryer liners or with that specific cooking spray but I'd assume they will turn out just fine. With the liners, it might take a bit longer to cook so keep an eye on them.
