– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice – ¼ tsp salt – 2 ripe bananas – ½ cup pumpkin puree – ½ cup brown sugar – ¼ cup coconut oil, melted – 1 tbsp dairy-free milk
Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and stir wet ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into wet and mix.
Transfer to prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
