QUICK & EASY VEGAN JALAPENO POPPERS

These spicy and cheesy poppers are perfect for parties, game day, and afternoon snacking.

CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE – 6 large jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed – 8 ounce container vegan cream cheese – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – Salt and pepper, to taste TOPPINGS – ½ cup vegan cheddar cheese shreds – Toasted panko breadcrumbs

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese mixture.

Step 2: Stuff the jalapeños with the mixture and top with vegan shredded cheese.

Step 3: Bake for about 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and top with toasted breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
