Prepare the tenders according to package instructions. As they warm in the oven, whisk together the vegan honey mustard ingredients and set aside.
Add chopped lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, corn, and sliced avocado to a salad bowl. Cut the tenders in half for strips then add to salad.
Drizzle dressing on top or serve on the side.
