Thanksgiving Stuffing Muffins
Stuffing muffins are my fun take on the classic holiday side dish! These individual cups are packed with traditional stuffing plus bacon.

Ingredients

ounces
bacon
chopped

onion
diced
2
celery stalks
diced
¼
teaspoon
dried sage
¼
teaspoon
dried thyme
¼
teaspoon
dried rosemary
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
1 ½
cups
broth
10
ounces
cubed stuffing breadcrumbs
Instructions
Cook bacon in a large skillet. Add onion and celery and let cook until soft, then stir in seasoning.
Remove from heat and stir in stuffing. Add broth and stir until combined.
Transfer to a greased muffin tin and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
Serve and enjoy warm!
