slice of bread
whole wheat, multigrain, or sourdough

tablespoon
peanut butter
substitute with almond butter or alternative

banana
cut into ¼-inch thick slices
Toppings of choice
fresh fruit, chopped nuts, seeds, etc.
Instructions
Toast the bread in a toaster oven or standard toaster.
Spread peanut butter on the toast, crust to crust!
Add toppings of choice. I enjoy sliced banana with cinnamon and chia seeds.
