Peach and Tomato Bruschetta
is bursting with flavor from farm fresh peaches, tomatoes, and basil. Quick, easy, and perfect for a summer appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

fresh baguette
3
cups
diced peaches
(3 peaches)
1 ½
cups
diced grape tomatoes
(1 pint grape tomatoes)
¼
cup
chopped fresh basil

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
salt
(more or less, to taste)
Instructions
Cut baguette into ½ inch slices and place under broiler until toasted.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Stir well then taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
To assemble, top toasted baguette slices with bruschetta and serve!
