apple cider vinegar
or white vinegar

granulated sugar

fresh dill

Instructions
Cut the cucumber and onion into thin-medium slices, transfer to a large mixing bowl, and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the vinaigrette over the sliced cucumber and onion, toss to combine.
For best results, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
To serve, garnish with chopped fresh dill.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days.
