Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart into chunks. Add diced onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add in ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine, then remove from heat.
Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the bottom half of the buns in the baking dish.
Top the buns with the ground beef mixture, then cheese, and finally the top buns.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese has melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
