• All-purpose flour • Granulated sugar • Baking powder • Baking soda • Dairy-free milk • Oil • Lemon juice • Vanilla extract • Powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

Whisk dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon batter into madeleine pan and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
