– 3 large sweet potatoes – ½ cup dairy-free milk – ¼ cup brown sugar – 3 tbsp dairy-free butter – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 tsp ground cinnamon – ½ tsp ground nutmeg – ¼ tsp salt
