This easy no-bake key lime pie recipe is dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan-friendly! The ultimate warm weather dessert.
– 1 1/2 cups softened raw cashews – 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk – 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted – 1/2 cup lime juice – 1 tablespoon lime zest – 1/3 cup agave nectar – 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
STEP 1: Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
STEP 2: Blend until completely smooth.
STEP 3: Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread out evenly.
STEP 4: Place the key lime pie in the freezer for 2-3 hours, until chilled and set.
STEP 5: Decorate with lime slices and enjoy!
