dairy-free milk

molasses

coconut oil

flax egg

oats + seasoning

BAKING TIP

No eggs? No problem! Use a flax egg in its place. Simply stir together 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water.

Combine oats, walnuts, baking powder, salt, and gingerbread spice mix in a bowl.

DIRECTIONS

In a second bowl, combine dairy-free milk, coconut oil, molasses, flax egg, and vanilla.

Stir wet ingredients into dry and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

Let cool completely then slice into bars!
