Add JUST Egg substitute to a large shallow mixing bowl.
Add dairy free milk. (Oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk!)
Add sugar.
Add vanilla extract.
Add ground cinnamon.
Whisk to combine!
Quickly soak slices of bread into batter.
Transfer to warm greased skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and berries!
