– 1 ½ cups raw cashews – 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk – ¼ cup nutritional yeast – 1 garlic clove, or more – 2 teaspoons dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon turmeric
Combine ingredients together in a food processor and blend until silky smooth.
Stir with cooked pasta, transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool then serve warm.
