Vegan Street Corn Dip (Elote Recipe)

This elote dip comes together with six simple ingredients. It's slightly spicy and bursting with flavor!

– 2 cans corn, drained and rinsed – 1 jalapeno, diced – 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced – ¼ cup vegan mayo (if needed) – ¼ cup diced red onion – 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice – Fresh cilantro, salt, pepper, to taste

Heat corn in a skillet over medium heat.

Add in jalapeño and garlic and warm for about 5 minutes. Transfer to mixing bowl.
